General Description Of The Role:
Minimum 4 years of experience within a menswear fashion retailer
Be informed of the products’ specifications and information.
Persuading customers to buy a product.
Provide courteous and prompt service.
Identifying customer needs and directing them to an appropriate product.
Assist customers in locating what they’re looking for
Provide excellent after-sales service
Handle customer complaints
Setting up promotional displays, such as posters, mannequins, window displays etc…
Maintaining the quality of the store’s presentation.
Keeping overflow stock organized in the back room or warehouse area
Placing the products in an organized fashion on shelves, racks, counters, and sales displays.
Monitoring and maintaining the inventory stock on the store floor by refilling any emptying shelves with new merchandise.
Managing and coaching the sales team
Holding weekly staff meetings and schedule shift
Processing various payment types and discounts
Security and loss prevention
Managing the tailor service
Reports to the General Manager
