About Your Job:



You will be responsible to manage all activities relating to Qatar Aviation Services  Engineering Stores - inventory management, monitoring of stock levels and expenditure against budget. Play an effective role in procurement activities and support the development of improved administrative, storekeeping, purchasing procedures and the supply chain to ensure that the respective department receives quality, responsive, cost effective and efficient supply of goods and services.

You will also be expected to manage effectively the financial aspect of the stores, reduce obsolete stock and define min/max stock levels and directing just-in-time process to suit the operations. Maintain professional vendor relationships at a local and international level and also to ensure that the documents are maintained as per company policies and procedures.

About You:


To be eligible for this role you should be a Graduate or equivalent with demonstrable experience of a Ground Support Equipment Engineering Stores in Purchasing, Materials Management and Supervision with at least 05 or more years of experience in a rapidly growing multi-cultural environment, including  inventory management and procurement concepts, practices and procedures.  

Candidates are expected to have excellent awareness of Ground Support Equipments and should possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a sound understanding of Oracle Application, Inventory and Purchasing Module.
