Job Description

Based in Jeddah, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, your will drive the Lean implementation within the Saudi market, lead the KSA Kaizen team to ensure coordination across the region and be a major player in the roll-out of the Lean vision roadmap for the GCC Value Chain. You will be responsible for alignment of priorities and projects across the GCC, ensure that projects are integrated with other business activities and business strategy, train and develop project members on Lean principles, and manage project delivery as per agreed timelines. You will identify gaps/opportunities for change and specify requirements for, and influence, future business process design and development based on the regional needs, using appropriate Lean and Change Management processes and tools. You will contribute to the GCC culture development to transform continuous improvement into a way of life. You will mentor the distributor's Kaizen team and support distributor training and development projects, whilst influencing distributor behavior to support sales plan delivery through various improvement initiatives including improved customer service KPIs.

Skills

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

•Solid experience in LEAN with a strong track record

•At least 7 years of Supply Chain experience in a multi-national FMCG environment

•Strong influencing skills to engage and motivate cross-functional project teams
