Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on the transportation
- Organization of facilities in general (football pitches, gymnasium, track…) in cooperation with the coaches, directors, the kitmen and groundsmen
- Supervise the behaviour in the changing rooms
- Assure that the athletes walk in groups to and from the training facilities
- Follow up the attendance in training and report it (written) to the registration officer- Feedback to the coaches
- Make the weekly schedule and weekly reports for each individual player
- Keeping records of competition attendance
- Keeping records of competition results and reports in time about it
- Establish and be responsible for the players files
- Contribute in the organization of friendly matches, tournaments
- Organizing prayer times, especially sunset prayer
- Contact liaison person with families/parents
- To be partner for discussions on selected personal issues
- Support the peer group
- Initiating and guiding group processes
- Organizing Educational events during leisure time, e.g movie/video presentations and discussions, dart or snooker competition, championship in play station games…..
- Supervision of leisure time activities of the student-athletes
- Contribute in social questionnaires
- Supervise behaviour in the dormitory
- Coordinate appointments with educational and sport psychologist, physiotherapist, etc..
- Organize support in special situations (e.g first aids or transportation to the doctor, hospital)
- Supervise behaviour in the entertainment area
