Job Description
- Provide IT technical support services to customers
- Good knowledge in managing Operating system (Window 7, Window server)
- Good knowledge in Database management (SQL family)
- Experience in installing applications (knowlwdge in .NET will be a plus)
- Good knowledge in network configuration for biometric devices
- Experience in Microsoft Project Plan
- Ability to identify and trouble shoot application errors
