Job Description

SUMMARY:
Masdar Energy Services is a newly established company with a unique business model linking engineering graduate induction training program with basic consultancy services that require minimum experience. With the help of technical training consultants, young engineers can provide support services such as project planning, field supervision, progress reporting, and quality control.

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for developing course curricula and lecture on related training program. You will be the discipline mentor for a group of engineering trainees assisting them to get acquainted in their early career.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present Masdar technical training program to oil operating / service companies

Conduct training lessons and function as expert reference to engineering graduates

Select teaching aids; books, simulation models, computer tutorials, and reference works

Develop testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training

Conduct on the job training, and new hire orientation

Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training

Provide technical guidance to young engineers when they execute basic engineering support services to client professionals.

Observe and evaluate trainees through classroom exercises, and written tests

Skills

Engineering Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relative oil and gas field experience

Possess written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate technical knowledge, and ability to lead training sessions with class participants

Good command of English language and computer skills
