    About the job:

    We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Technical Advisor to join the Lexus Aftersales team. The key responsibilities will include:
    - Provide co-operation, help and assistance to all Service Advisors by advising diagnosis procedures and efficient / correct work procedures as well ensuring the customer comments are communicated effectively to the repair team
    - Ensuring quality by producing extremely low level of return jobs
    - Developing good level of communication by ensuring that explanation of the work done or required to be done is well understood by Service Advisor, Foreman, other staff and customers
    - Undertake great effort to improve efficiency by providing constructive inputs regarding work methods, work environment, tools and equipment etc
    - Suggest training needs for other technicians/Service Advisors ; also undergo training and update self knowledge for both soft and hard skills
    - Provide technical input to spare parts staff to assist in correct part identification and supply

    About you:

    To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:- Trade Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Eng
    - 5-7 years experience working in reputed workshops
    - Match "Pro-Technician" level
    - You must be able to explain the function, operation and features of the following mechanisms:- TCCS (Toyota Computer Controlled System)
    - Turbocharger and Supercharger
    - Diesel injection pump
    - ECT (Electronically controlled transmission)
    - Full time 4WD (4 Wheel Drive)
    - TEMS (Toyota Electronically Modulated System)
    - EMAS (Electronically Modulated Air Suspension)
    - ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) and TRC/TRAC (Traction Control System)
    - CCS (Cruise Control System)
    - Car Auio System
    - Automatic Air Conditioning System
