Job Description

The candidate will successfully promote the complete range of LED lighting products of the company to Projects through Consultants, Architects, Contractors and lighting dealers in the UAE market, duly ensuring that the target and profitability set forth by the Management are achieved consistently.

Responsibilities include :

• Developing a business strategy and business plan for next 3 - 5 years, along with all the resources planning.
• Develop a Sales strategy and ensure the achievement of sales objectives and targets
• Develop business opportunities in LED lighting projects through various channels
• Procurement planning
• Prepare the budgets and control all the expenses within the budgets to ensure profitability achievement

Potential candidate should have working knowledge on LED projects in UAE / GCC including relations with Contractors / Consultants and Clients. Should have worked as a Manager for atleast 5 years. He should demonstrate ongoing knowledge of lighting industry developments, especially LED lighting trends, risks, opportunities and products including detailed knowledge of competitor’s products and solutions
