-Commitment and eagerness to reach out to decision makers and HR Managers over the phone.
-Ability to leave a good first impression and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company.
-Keen research abilities. The candidate will be required to monitor newspapers, publications and websites to keep track of companies with recruitment requirements.
-The candidate will be required to forward a minimum of 40 qualified, quality leads to Relationship Managers each month.
-The information forwarded needs to be accurate and timely. Random quality checks will be carried out by senior management to ensure quality of lead generation.
-Confidence to reach out to people.
-Ability to bypass gatekeepers to get to the desired information.
-Confidence to handle objections frequently encountered during cold-calling.
Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and react appropriately to client requests.
Prior sales or telemarketing experience will be preferred.
