    Trade support & Client Service Assistant

    Alpari Emirates - Dubai, UAE


    Job Description

    Alpari ME DMCC is looking to recruit a talented individual to join their client service and trade support team. The individual will be handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails from Alpari clients regarding various aspects of their trading accounts. The individual will also be involved in platform introduction to new clients.

    • Handling incoming and outgoing calls from Alpari ME clients regarding various aspects of their accounts
    • Liaising with trading desk to resolve trading disputes.
    • To offer our clients a good demonstrations through our platform.
    • Answering clients’ email enquiries and communicating via Alpari’s forum and online chat
    • Liaising with IT support regarding in-depth technical queries.
    • Providing and assisting clients with account reports such as history, open positions, statements and contracts upon request
    • Assisting Compliance with trading complaints.

    Skills

    • Must have exceptional attention to detail
    • Confident
    • Able to think outside the square
    • Works well in a pressurized and multi-tasking environment
    • Reconciliations experience

    Educational / Experience Requirements:

    • Educated to minimum of degree level.
    • Experience using Meta Trader platform
    • Experience using Back Office platforms is a benefit
    • 3 to 4 year experience in any Financial Services environment
    • Telephone or client facing experience essential

    Personal Specification:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Very good written and oral English and Arabic skills
    • Work well as part of a team in a pressurized and multi-tasking environment
