    Trainee Relation Officer - QTR

    Job Description

    Key responsibilities for the position daily duties:
     Build relationship with customers as being the contact point for them during their courses
     Contact students when needed for information about the classes
     Responsible for the documentation of students such as printing the grades, printing the exams and receive applications from students
     Responsible for answering to general requests including rejoining, cancellation
     Perform the evaluation for the students when courses are finished
     Welcome feedback and notes from all students at any time
     Enroll new customerson the system after receiving the registration when there is a new course
     Responsible for filing all registrations
     Follow up on the financial requirements from students
     Responsible for collecting the attendance sheets from instructors and preparing them to send a copy to finance department, a copy to the Corporate Sales department and to file the originals
     Enter the data of the new customer in the TP and enroll them
     Putting signs for the new classes
     Update the TR files (GPA, Compensation, Reset exams, ..etc.)
     Follow up with the trainers to know the attendance status for each student and contact the one who is to absent too much
     Check & monitor the attendance files to ensure all of them are updated
    Teamwork, Cooperation and Communication (examples):
     Communicates effectively with customers, instructors and other departments when needed
     Willingly works extra time to meet given deadlines
     Initiative in guiding new students to their classes and answer their questions

    Skills

    • Bilingual Arabic and English.
    • Able to work 2 shifts from 8.30 till 1.00 and from 4.30 to 8.30
    • Knowledge of administrative and systems such as word processing, Spreadsheet, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
    • Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.
