Job Description

• Translating documents from English to Arabic and vice versa
• Proofreading deliverables of other translators when required
• Adapting software and accompanying technical documents to another language and culture
• Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions
• Compile information on content and context of information to be translated and on intended audience
• Compile terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms such as those for legal or financial material
• Following ethic codes that protect the confidentiality of information
• Identifying and resolve conflicts related to the meanings of words, concepts, practices or behaviors
• Proofreading, editing and revising translated materials
• Referring to reference material, such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology banks, as needed to ensure translation accuracy
• Ensuring correct grammar, punctuation or spelling

• Experienced in Finance and Accounting
• Proven ability of research utilizing the internet
• Detail oriented
• Able to work on multiple projects at once
• Excellent English & Arabic skills
• Good knowledge of Computers, excellent knowledge of MS office is essential
• Organized

• Able to work under pressure
• Good memory
• Extensive awareness
• Ability to handle translatable graphics
• Ability to use graphic editing applications (MS Visio)
• Mastering the word processing from English to Arabic and vice versa
