Also we have extended our after sales service with the opening of our new ExpressLane service and parts center. This will facilitate and reduce vehicles repairing hours. UMC in order to keep direct relations with its clients have formed new departments called (Customer Satisfaction Department). This newly formed department role is to follow the level of customer service and satisfaction throughout all operations, starting with the vehicle purchase process and continuing through to the after sales.
