Job Description
Build on the existing Inspection Routines / Systems already in place at Fertilizer Plant and bring it in line with world class plants w.r.t. periodical check, Quality and Depth of analysis, Practices and World Standards.
Ensure Team’s morale, capacity and capability is enhanced to meet the existing and new challenges.
Work very closely with all plants functions and ensure compliance of the inspections routines and recommendations.
Raise level to Director Operations of Plant in case any recommendation is being ignored.
Coordinate with Plants Team/ Planning and plant for outages, turnaround and other opportunities to inspect and ensure assets health.
Cover all disciplines plant assets i.e. stationary, Rotary, E&I, Civil, Construction etc. and where capability is not available or feasible, outsource but ensure quality work and best health of assets to ensure no surprises and failures of Fertilizer Plant.
Bring new concepts in reliability e.g. RBI etc., and aim for three years inspection interval in six years’ time.
Skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of codes like API, ASME, TEMA, ANSI and their application
