Vice President, Private and Commercial, Automotive Management Services

Automotive Management Services seek the services of a Vice President to be responsible for spearheading the growth of our Private and Commercial business. If you are motivated by:

• Developing new business and strengthening customer relationships

We offer a wide range of responsibilities and challenges where you will have every opportunity to make a difference and put your personal mark on the business. You will be responsible for developing the organization’s market position, growth and financial results within the Private and Commercial channel. The job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop and implement a detailed plan including goals, objectives, action items and outcomes
• Pre-strategize by market and competition
• Formulate short, medium and long term customer strategies to deliver strong growth
• Identify and capture opportunities consistent with the plan
• Conduct analysis and objective guidance for future efforts to the Capture / Account Manager
• Initiate new partnerships by attending workshops, tradeshows, seminars etc.
• Communication of products, services and engagement goals through effective contact strategies
• Preparation of reports and feedback
• Develop campaign plans to improve brand recognition

The position will report to the CEO and be located in the Dubai Head Office

It is an advantage that you have a demonstrable background of developing business markets within Private and Commercial industries. However, if you are our ideal candidate you come with:

• A strong and successful sales and business development background
• Sound management experience
• Experience in markets that service the Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction and Transport industries
• Demonstrable track record of achieving growth targets and outcomes
• Experience with implementations in the Middle East and Africa

The position is located in Dubai, it could be an advantage but is not a requirement, that you are already residing here.
