Job Description

On behalf of a Flagship store we are seeking Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to be based in Riyadh.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will conduct daily/monthly reconciliation of the physical movements of stock and proper storage of goods in the warehouse until the scheduled delivery date of goods.
Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Receive and count stock items, and record data on inventory control system.
Issue & transact inventory movements of goods against authorized documents.
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on warehouse shelves.
Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses.
Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labelling equipment per Company guidelines.
Clean and maintain storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to manager.

Skills

Ideal candidate will a Technical Diploma or 3 years’ previous retail warehouse & inventory experience.
Good understanding in Inventory & Warehouse methods.
Microsoft Office skills
Fluency in Arabic & English Language with good Communication skills
