Job Description

A leading luxury car dealership is seeking to recruit a Workshop Manager to oversee all technical issues within the Workshop and meet productivity targets.Job responsibilities will include Delivering the highest technical standards and workmanship from all workshop staff.Instructing the Foreman and Mechanics concerning repair procedures and contacting manufacturers when necessary. Ensuring all warranty work carried out complies with manufacturer's terms and conditions.General management of workshop staff - shift patterns, training, disciplinary matters etc.

Skills

We require you to have at least three years of workshop experience in a supervisory role. Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage, but not necessary. Appropriate diploma degree in mechanical automobile engineering is must, along with relevant manufacturer training courses.
