2-Meet& Greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
3-Organize & maintaining diaries & making appointments or organizing meetings.
4-Deal with incoming / outgoing emails, faxes & post and ensure the internal distribution of the incoming correspondences upon topics
5-Translate Correspondence & all kind of documents (Memo, agenda, MOM..) from Arabic language to English language & vice versa when needed.
6-Organize & attend meetings in order to record minutes, compile, transcribe & distribute minutes of meeting & make sure that directors & managers from the division are well prepared.
7-Carry out requests for airport passes, following up & occasionally accompany clients or consultants on behalf of their direct supervisor.
8-Liaise with clients, suppliers & staff.
9-Devise& maintain office systems, including data management, filing, etc...
10-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters & other documents & Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
11-Maintain procurement list and handle petty cash
12-Arrange travel & accommodation for directors & managers in the division.
13-Assist in preparing presentations
14-Comply with the prescription of the quality, environmental & complaint management system.
15-Support safety & security program, compliance with the ICAO standards & local regulatory health & safety requirements.
16-Provide assistance in organizing ORAT operational trials and training (Preparation of material support and volunteers coordination/management)
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Excellent Command in both English & Arabic languages (Written & Spoken)
