    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    To achieve sales objectives by building orders and product range selling where possible by utilizing a consultative selling approach over phone and IT communication to solve customers problems and requirements.

    - Internal and external customer support (desk job)
    - Product & Application questions
    - Walk-in customers, pricing enquiries/verbal request for quotations
    - Processing orders, delivery queries, stock availability
    - Handle all customer complaints & queries
    - Provide high level service while building tong customer relationships


    - 5 years previous experience handling customer service, inbound call handling
    - Multi-tasking ability & strong computer skills (email, MS Office Applications, POS)
    - Bilingual: Proficient in English & Arabic an advantage
    - Ability to communicate well at all levels
    - Complaint handling ability
    - Provide added value and service to customers
    - Act decisively in critical situations to ensure customer satisfaction

    Candidate must be based in Kuwait and have driving Kuwait license
