To secure and retain the necessary funding, Learning and Development (L&D) practitioners must be able to demonstrate the return on investment of their organisation’s money, time, equipment and other resources to further enable learning and development processes to take place.

As an L&D professional, you need a robust plan linked to the organisation’s goals; and be able to market that plan; gain commitment, measure success, and make suitable interventions to achieve that success. This course equips you with a range of options you can use to meet these challenges.

Sue is a versatile and adaptable trainer and consultant with strong leadership and inter-personal skills. She is a passionate, enthusiastic, confident and highly motivated individual with an extensive background in learning and development, coaching, mentoring and generalist HR.

Sue has had experience working at both a senior strategic and operational level within multi-cultural organisations to ensure achievement of business objectives. She has worked in both the public and private sectors internationally, in sectors as diverse as Banking, Retail, Travel and Oil and Gas.

Sue has lived and worked in the Middle East since 2006, specifically in Kuwait and Qatar, so she has an excellent understanding of the culture and the context of organisations in the region.

Sue has a Masters in Professional Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Training, holds several coaching qualifications and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
