For a project in the oil&gas field we are looking for a Construction Manager.
The project concerns the installation of shallow water offshore pipelines and shore connections.
Your tasks will be:
•To assist during detailed engineering.
•To Propose work methods.
•To organize and supervise the preparation of the method statements and calculation notes
•To prepare other execution documents
•To prepare equipment and purchase specifications
•To be responsible for all HSE assessments of jobs prepared
•To comply with QA/QC requirements
•To prepare scope of work for sub-contracting
•To supervise preparation of execution documents in timely manner (method statements, risk assessments and work permits)
•To plan operations, equipment and personnel on day to day and longer term basis in order to maintain project planning.
•To manage project execution team: Superintendents, surveyors, barge masters, captains,
field engineers and subcontractors etc.
•You already have an experience in Pre-commissioning/Commissioning
•You have a full HSE conscience, comply with HSE objectives.
•You are a team player that can convince, motivate and manage his personnel
•You are able to deal with a great number of issues
Training required: BAC+2 or engineer with specific offshore pipeline installation and trenching experience. Preferably in shallow water/ landfall conditions.
Knowledge of international Oil and Gas standards
You have a 10 year min experience as a Construction Manager for Offshore/marine construction works.
Languages required: fluent English written and spoken, French language optional
Microsoft Office package (word, excel, project)
