The role is to organise a busy IT Department: supervising data exchange with 15,000 EPOS Terminals - managing smooth draw procedures and data transfers - supporting Finance- and Sales-Department with data reports and data queries in Lagos / Nigeria

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Recruitment - training, briefing and supervision
• EPOS Network Management - supervising 24/7 data exchange with 15,000 Terminals
• Data Administration - analysis of data transfers
• Organisation - draw management and shift planning
• Reporting - on-going Liaison with IT Operations-, and Finance-Management

The Executive Chef is part of the hotels senior management team and reports directly to the GM. Apart from setting the culinary standards the job requires - Scheduling, evaluation & training of staff, ordering of food from the stores, working with the Purchasing Dept to buy the correct items at the right price, monthly inventory, control of food cost, working to achieve the budget, control & training in hygiene and development of menus

Our client offers an excellent salary package of around US$4500-US$5000 monthly with Full Expat Package with accommodation, medical, transport with local allowances, 2 return tickets per year and great potential with the group.

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for sales in assigned territories by planning for sales based on demand for tires and batteries. Will be responsible for managing relationship with the customer and looking for new business opportunities through widening the customer base within the territories the individual is responsible. As part of the sales responsibility, incumbent will have a pulse of the market and should be in a position to measure the market, competition on a continuous basis.

Job responsibilities:
- Planning for sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis through rolling forecast
- Converting the forecast into timely orders from the customers
- Building relationship with customer and looking for new customers in the territories
- Ensuring pricing and opportunities for improvement in gross margin
- Managing the inventory ordered against the forecast and ensuring that the inventory levels are at optimal level at all times
- Market visits to the territories to meet the customer s and engage the customers for building expectations to increase the business size.
- Receivables are reviewed in a timely way with the customers and ensure that the outstanding receivables are secured and paid in accordance with the credit terms agreed with the customer
- Initiate business models that would enhance our foot print in the territories where we have exclusivity
- Look for possible opportunity business and provide leads
- Review sales price, to ensure that deviations from the plan are highlighted and corrective measures are taken
- Working with marketing department for marketing investments through advertising, consumer promotions
