Bayt.com holds Thought Leadership Event discussing ‘Winning the Talent Game in Qatar’

Highlighting its commitment to empower companies in Qatar with the tools and information to source, hire, and manage the best talent available, Bayt.com held an exclusive conference under the “Bayt.com Thought Leadership Events” series. Held on April10 at the W Doha Hotel and Residences, it was attended by senior executives in the field of human resources and other senior managers and top decision-makers from leading Qatar-based companies of all sizes across the industry spectrum. The event empowered attendees to learn more about the hottest recruitment trends in Qatar and the region as well as share innovations in HR, and discuss how to get the most out of Bayt.com’s latest unique recruitment solutions to help their businesses succeed. Discussions and case studies were presented by both Bayt.com professionals and an exemplary panel of experienced guest speakers.

The event featured several discussions, including a panel discussion led by Rabea Ataya, CEO, Bayt.com, which explored issues and trends related to ‘Winning the Talent Game in Qatar’. The panel was attended by Dr. Sayed Talawy, Group Human Capital Manager for Al Faisal Holding, Aamal Company QSC and Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (ARTIC); Patria Zgheib, Human Resources Manager, GlobeMed Qatar LLC; and Latifa Al Darwish, Administration Director, Qmedia. Suhail Masri, VP Sales, Bayt.com, presented an overview of the popular Bayt.com MENA Jobs Index Survey, and Ibrahim Badradeen, Country Manager, Bayt.com Qatar discussed how Bayt.com’s latest tools and platforms are empowering and enabling MENA employers to optimally source, attract, and recruit top talent.

Additionally, case studies were presented by: Abram Habek, Senior Recruitment and Manpower Supervisor, ASTAD Project Management; and Safwan Moubaydeen, Partner, Dentons & Co.
