4. فهد الشاطريان الاحترام في مجال هو الدافع الاكبر للانتاجيه ... واذا تحسن الانتاج هو العائل الاكبر للمنشاة .. وجعلها في مراتب متميزه عن غيرها من المنشاة خلق جو عمل ملائم .. التفاهم ,... التناغم ,,,, الاخلاص . هو مسببات الاحترام في العمل .. تحفيز الموظفيين .. ليس بالماده فقط..ولكن باثبات نجاحاتهم وتقدير ايجابياتهم ...من ذلك تستطيع كسب كل كبير وصغير في المنشأة
