ERP Specialist - FNSS Middle East LLC

- Implement ERP system and act as a Project Manager during the implementation period
- Responsible for training of Key users
- Ownership of the ERP system
- Enhance, maintain and support all the business applications of the company (including but not limited with the ERP system) so that they meet the company’s legal and operational standards.
- Define new users to the ERP system with appropriate authorities.
- Meet the legitimate authorization requests of the end users regarding to ERP system functionality.
- Assess program modifications, query writing, new program and module development requests of the end users and execute the analysis and programming activities of those requests which are feasible.
- For those software modification requests that will affect more than one department, test the modified source code in the test database and move it to the production environment after getting approval of related functional department users and IT Manager.
- Prepare end-user documentation for ERP system programs under the document management system..
- Train and give general guidance to the end users on ERP system basic functions and also for add-on modules developed specifically for FNSS ME by using all appropriate communication tools.
- Communicate with ERP vendor consultants for those problems that can not be resolved with internal resources and know-how.
- Ensure that all ERP related incidents are recorded into the Service Desk management software by the end users.
- Ensure that all incidents in the Service Desk management software are handled at the shortest possible time frame for resolution and that solution steps are properly documented in the related incident to develop a long term knowledge base.

Scope and General Purpose

Account Executive, Services Media - SAP

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Account Executive (AE) assumes the leadership role within their assigned accounts as well as providing leadership to the sales team. In this capacity, the AE will identify and qualify opportunities within their own assigned accounts, and develop and drive account strategy and executive relationships within each.
