Position Objectives:

• Develop HR strategy, policies and guidelines

• Ensure necessary skills development programs are provided for top management to achieve strategic objectives

• Provide HR support services to Kingdom Holding HQ employees

• Provide administration and logistical support services to Kingdom Holding HQ employees

Reporting and Working Relationships:

• Report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Manage assigned staff on a day to day basis

• Establish efficient relationships with recruiting, logistical services, and other support services providers

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee implementation of the HR strategy, related to the following activities:
- Recruiting
- Training
- Employee Relations
- Compensation and Benefits

• Support KH organization units in the following activities:
- Planning for their future human resources and capability requirements
- Career development for KH management and staff
- Succession planning

• Set and ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment and employee appraisal processes
• Manage provision of HR services including administration of salaries and benefits, employments contracts, leave, visas, etc.
• Manage provision of day-to-day administrative support services (e.g., secretarial, logistics, cleaning, and other support services)
