The test is very good and can be made more effective by adding some more advanced questions. This simple test is nice for beginners though.

This is brilliant for those who are not in senior management role but it gives a boost and moral for those who are managerial role but there is a room for improvements and a need for staff skills experience be upgraded so the can be taken for granted that employer is looking after them and briefing staff where there is a need for improvements, also taking into consideration those staff appraisal.

I appretiate the efforts taken for this assesment. I believe in effective management where the duty of the Manager is to forsee challanges and lead his team in the appropriate direction and at the same time have the backup plan for any change or disaster that may arise.This assesment has highlighted most of the key points required for a successful Manager.

الاختبار جيد ومفيد وكل الشكر على الأشخاص القائمة على هذا الموقع ولكن هناك أراء كثيرة أيضا لم تؤخذ بعين الأعتبار وهذه الاراء مشكور من قام بوضعها وفي النهاية كل انسان له رأيه في خياراته وقد يحتمل يعض السئلة المطروحة اكثر من جواب من ضمن الاجوبة المطروحة وفي الختام جزاكم الله كل خير

Well, thats interesting. But, I believe that Top Management should more focus on the core business of the organization and work to increase the impact of the company and to over plus the turn-over at the end, and that should take about 70% of there time and internally 30% . that why we create a Line Managers to look after the internal issues plus employees in over all.

اذا استطعت ان تنقل الى فريق العمل ان النجاح الحقيقى لا يتم بالنجاح الشخصى وانما يتم بالنجاح الجماعى مما يعود بالاستفاده والنجاح الشخصى وليس العكس فانت المدير الحق
