Not undermining its validity or anything, but the test is a good assessment for anyone starting out in leadership or wanting to know whether or not they are good leadership material, however I would personally not consider it conclusive of leadership success. I enjoyed it.

I suggest having different levels of assessments for different subjects such as management skills, branding, marketing, sales, and the result or score should also be added to the CV to reinforce it. i would also suggest having online assessments written by the employer, he would then be able to narrow down his options. good job bayt! keep up the good work and open more doors.

First of all this is not a test. I guess this is some king of a self explanatory guideline; which to be frank has some very good tips. The answers are very clear if you look at the alternatives. I don''t think any one has made wrong answer. The tips of advice are useful, however, it is not that easy. You can''t just decide to be a visionary communicative problem solving leader.

I got 10 out of 10. I have very long leadership & management experience. The questions were well picked. They are directly dealing with leadership tests & abilities. I really recommend more questionnaire like that for self assessment. Sadi Hamed Naser.

Absolute simple way of judging the mindset ,personally speaking should be case studies solving situations to b more effective. Now a days all are Efficient but very less are effective. more over all read books how to face interview, attend leadership questions etc. That does not mean he will be effective leader which a organization is looking f or. No doubt capable but not cop-able.

Pretty good questions which can b answered.. But there are many factors which determine the style,policy and method of approach taken by a good leader..These are only the common traits which a good leader must have to direct the team to attain the specified goal. This was an excellent test. I did respond much better than I thought I would, although I know I have leadership ability. Two got me, which means there is always room to grow and learn new things.
