Saad gave a good answer. Project management skills are learnt more from practical experience rather than from books. If someone wants to be a PM, then first they should start from doing project coordinations under an experienced project manager and learn from experiences and grow the skills. In a couple of years the person becomes ready to manage projects on his/her own...
