poor people in south east Asia are lured to give their organs for amount which barely improve their current financial position while making their already rich manipulator more rich.strict laws with cancellation of license of those involved should be in place.
to improve organ transplantation without poor people manipulation, the surgical procedures for organ transplatations should be coverd by health insurance for all people including the poor one.
i agree , but there are two thngs involved , 1 is Law. 2nd is Order.as we can see there are Laws everywhere around the world but you wont find the Order , yes laws can be strict but without order & discipline they are just books in a cabinet only lawyers read for their knowledge.
