For technical writing specially Mathematics which software is best MS Word or LaTeX?

The edition and pages are nicely presented with Latex.

It also depends on time. You can have something quickly done in Word.

If it is to be presented to more important people I would use Latex.

For mathematical equation writing Latex is better than Microsoft office. Latex makes it easier.

I would recommend Latex as I have worked with both MS Word as well as LaTex. Mathematics involves lots of equations and in LaTex, we can actually refer to any equation anywhere on the file.
