Time Management & Stress Management Should Be handled had in hand .

Stress means too much to do with too little energy within time frame.

We need focus on3 aspects :

1) Our Tasks ( We may not Minimize our tasks much since it may be our Role designated by our Company)

2) Our Time ( Buy Time from Unimportant not urgent to invest in Important & Not Urgent activities so we can complete work ahead of time - increases Efficiency & Productivity without any major"Stress") 

3) Our Energy Levels ( Increase Energy levels by Attending to the Sources of Energy  - Food , Sleep , Breath & State of Mind )
