This is most important to a professional aspiring to be a Project Manager who are leading a team. All our staff see us as a Bossing or a Leader Type of a Manager?
A leader-manager instructs his staffs lets do it
I prefer inspirational approach "Let's do it". In a team work motivational & inspirational approach give better result, though at times depending upon the situation direct/bossing approach is more effective.
let's do it. unforntunatly company looking for a manager.
Manager instructs his staff "Let's do it"
Let's do it (instructed by the manager/boss)
Glass is1/2 filled or1/2 empty both are correct but one is negative and another is positive. So2nd one sounds better, it's inspire colleagues to do the job with sincerity, dedication and devotion. As a Leader one should instruct his staffs in a manner that they fill their Leader is party member to them. That is, Let's do it.
I would certainly like Leader-Manager who instructs his staff "Let's do it"
I WOULD PREFER A LEADER MANAGER BECAUSE HE IS LEADING THE WAY SO WHEN HE SAYS LETS DO IT ITS GREAT
Unfortunately I don’t agree with most of you !!!
you should use both ways .....believe me where ever u are and what ever u do ; you will need both of them
Best Regards
E.E
