What are the importance of innovative teaching techniques in our classroom?

• It attracts the students attention in the classroom.
• It makes them interested in subject and egger to learn more.
• It stimulates their minds.
• It makes them understand the subject rather than just memorizing it.

I'm no teacher, but it surely is a profession close to my heart through my good experience with excellent teachers, and lots of reading on education history and future.
