Installing Windows 7 on Asus X551M blue screen appeared during installation.Disabled secure boot enable csm the same result.How to solve this problem?

You have two cases:

1- problem in the hard disk meed to fixk bad sector>

2 - or your memory have some problems ...

i think you check your hared disk first .

Check Ram

Check whether the RAM is good or bad, and also check the SATA configuration as AHCI or SATA mode

The wireless card on Dell Inspiron 14 N4030 it works for sometime and then again it goes off, I try to install latest driver but the same result.
