What in your opinion is the difference between a small and a large project? Is it time, budget, detail in planning and execution of the project?

the larg project is about the destnation and how many people will serve and help

 

1- the tasks and plan need for the project

2- the bugdet and the client goal

3- the time

4- specification of project
