Hi Ibrahim,

Good evening. In my opinion, Business development manager's has to focus on current performance of the company, locate potential market either to start or enhance business in all arenas etc. whereas sales manager's task is to make the sell happen, customer satisfaction, post sells service etc. In some organizations, this role is dedicated to only one person but it should be assign to different persons since business development means not only improve sales but also look in to other arenas which need attention.
