Try with all channels, and as for me I've found that the Drip Marketing System with lead nurturing works best for the b2b environment. ( I do love the Prodot provided by Salesforce.)

Offer them your best content. How to's or tips and tricks on blogs, websites, seo, monetizing websites, free website templates etc..

 

The more you offer the more they get attracted.

 

Ypu might get a better idea if you research a little bit on Godaddy, Zoho, Salesforce and other big names.

Do you offer free trials already? Or free versions of your solutions with less features or premium features? I, personally, would skip any solution that does not show-case itself properly or allow me to try it out.

 

Other than that, use content marketing to stand-out. If I were to look for or be attracted to a specific CRM/ERP or any online solution related to cloud computing and online presence, I would be looking for informative content.

 

You can do some of the following.

  1. Articles with compelling images and screen-shots from your CRM/ERP solutions, on LinkedIn for instance.
  2. Create a dedicated blog were the original post can be found, with proper call-to-action features like a subscribers list or even better LIVE CHAT application.
  3. Promote live seminars or personal show-case presentations.
  4. Make a screen-cast movies about your solutions and how they look like from the inside and how they work and benefit your customers. Place such video's on YouTube and promote them on dedicated product pages across big social media.
  5. Create a dedicated Twitter account to promote your frequent posts and engage with influencers who may take your messages viral to thousands of followers.
  6. Reach out to authoritative blogs in the field of CRM/ERP SaaS, webhosting, cloud computing etc.

 

But these are not really crazy idea's; but very sound actually. I hope it helps. Good luck! :-)

What is the necessity of working for someone and stand in front of BOSS for silly reasons, if we really know the CRAZY and exact formula of online sales.  In fact, we all are experimenting with new technologies which were not there10 years back.  We all stand to take the whole credit if we are successful BY MISTAKE and blame the softwares if failed J) keep trying.

Since your are in the B2B business, you'll need to find out what sectors require those services and then try to target those sectors with a specific add on LINKEDIN. Then you try a adword search campaign and you compare both strategies in terms of efficiency and CPC. Hope that helps you. No need to share profit :) Good luck to you
