sales tools are resources which help facilitate sales teams in excuting & accomplishing their tasks & duties. these may include sales force automation, call center, marketing automation, contact & account management which help them to capture &ctrack data about past & planned contact with prospects & customers, these also helps them to check on customers' account status & history before scheduling sales meetings
