My experience in all countries: being more free is resulting in more arguing. But It depends on the personality of people. Keep the distance while arguing and you don't have a problem, get more free during arguing and you loose control

I think that sometimes i should Being Free with Foreman & Supervisors wotk & somtimes i should bring the both together it is depends on the Personalituy of the Foreman & Supersvisors

The relationship between the engineer and team work generally rely on the expertise of the engineer and read it are good for all the people in the team and in the clarity of that, there are situations require packets and there are other situations require a little soft, but in the end has to be any relationship between the engineer and team work to be within the framework of respect Almtbadc I guess the experience will be coming up on the control of these things
