How much time do you need As a secretary to adjust to a new job ? ( let's say that you have left your previous job for new one )

In my personal opinion you are comfortable to a new working environment after4-5 months. During this time you'll get to know your colleagues, managers and customers. It's important to remember names, habits, to know the way of doing things in a new job, etc. So, a period of few months is necessary to adjust and start feeling familiar.
