I consider this question as quite offensive. Please do not judge people based on their origins, but do judge them on their "individual" performance.
question is very much offensive, you cannot judge people's abilities and capabilities by their nationalities.
Don't judge people by their nationality. Judge them by their Work.
we have a system and method to select and rank any individual. we can not rank any body by its location.
Ranking based on Persons , ability, quality , how dynamic or talent. Not based on country or regioen
Quality measures are equal for all.

It's always necessary to think twice before speaking out, although I am sure you didn't mean to cause offence to anyone you have. Quality originates from systematic procedures and strategic approaches in minimising the risk of defected goods or services and the impact they have on the business. Quality is not based on nationalities as many have already stated previously.
Please Don't judge the peoples character by their nationality or religion, give importance to their character and skills
