ليس كل ارضاء للعميل يعود بنتيجة سلبية على المؤسسة ولكن ان حدث هذا تختار ارضاء العميل لأنك تكسب العميل وأثبتت الدراسات ان ارضاء عميل واحد يبلغ9 اخرين عن هذا المكان وبهذا تكسب10 أخرين يعوض ذلك خسارة الشركة
