You need to improve your English. Because of that you may not be able to express yourself properly. I would rate you10 out of ten.

 I would say6 out of10 for now because you are still quite new.

You are always active with answering and posting questions which are very useful.

Judging you by looking at your answers I can rate you for your knowledge only which seems good and many may have benefited by your contribution.However it is not fair to undermine it by rating on a scale.

I admire your courage of asking such question, as Mr Saleem stated I would never dare to so so myself. Based on observations in your current interactions I would say your a committed individual looking to improve and develop which is excellent however rating you would somehow degrade you because you should not rate yourself on how people perceive you instead how you perform In your current chosen profession. I believe you can develop your communication skills further via more interactions and reading up on people's Q&A's. You show confidence in your conversations and politeness which is essential in a marketing career as you have to be approachable and adjust to different consumer needs. You have a bright future ahead ^_^

Negotiation: Less Flexibilty

Ability-Retention of the customers:60%

Business practices: Confined to Region-wise--that is100% O.k. and acceptable for the North Indian Style.

Conversation style: In a common platform comprising wide coverages use of religious terminologies make your conversation deviate from the main topics.

May be you are having the characteristic of a "Sugar Cane"--80% chance.

Your approach is more on insisting rather than on allowing
