Peace full , environment, makes me to do good job, as well as , nice salary.
Regard for my co-workers and for the needs of employees or clients motivates me to do a good job. If I were to do less than the best I'm capable of, more often than not, someone down the line would pay for it. Of course, this is not always the case, and where there appear to be no consequences to anyone else, pride motivates me to do a good job.

This question is asked to find out whether you are a person who thinks about a long term goals rather than on a short-term basis. And they want to hire a highly motivated people, not people who are just going through the motions until it's time to go home. So the answers would be purely in your prospective employer's interests.

4) Money is, of course, the major factor, but you may not want to emphasize this unless you are being interviewed for sales or a highly commissioned based role, or else steer clear from mentioning money as motivating factor.
