I am not agree again with all answers: Firstable we must identify why we made this discount... 

1. It can not be trade discount it is made from invoice price that means that Invoice is already done and goods sold... Yes?

2. We must give trade discounts when we are selling goods in order to encourage clients buy more product.

3. Cash discount we made when we need money, or debt liability is over time, by cash discount we encourage debtor to pay large amount money faster.
