Do you think Bayt.com (People) will add much value to job seekers or employers more than Linkedin.com?

In Bayt.com you will find Rank which is semiler to Endoresment in Linkedin.com. Now sending massages to other people and get in them in contact, new feature here where it's long time was in Linkedin (InMail), also it's not a free and cost more (50$ as minimum). I hope Bayt.com have the plan to bring something new and adds value for both employers and job seekers.

I think Bayt.com is a more targeted form of LinkedIn, specifically for the MENA region.
Such specification and specialization will enable it to outperform LinkedIn in certain areas while sacrificing others.

Bayt is great at targeting specific regions, I find that a little tricky and confusing in Linkedin.
However I believe LinkedIn reaches a wider audience in terms of job seekers and employers, mainly as it is the number one site of it's kind, but also because of the way it approaches job applications.
LinkedIn allows you to attach documents.
It also allows you to research the company, from how many employees the company has, wether anyone in your connections knows an employee, and also find out who has posted the job so that you may target a specific person on your application rather then just the company.
It makes the whole ordeal a little bit personal and in my opinion professional.
I think Bayt will get there, but it needs a little bit of time.

they are the real users who interact through this system.

i belive value added comes from users more that anyone else.while support comes from bayt.com people,and gratitude comes from employers when candidates with help of bayt.com land their dream jobs.
