The question is a first step in solving problems.

The question is the door of knowledge, and if there were no questions there were no answers.

"The scientist is not a person who gives the right answers, he's one who asks the right questions." — Claude Lévi-Strauss

Yes I do think so because asking the right question reflect your experience and creativity.

The key to knowledge acquisition is asking questions, but not merely any questions, but the right questions.
This is the most valuable and refines our wisdom, ignites ideas, gives insight, and prods our intellect.
Answering question simply permit us to expound from our limited view.
Therefore, one does not gain much although he may contribute much.
It is always the exchange of ideas that creates new ideas.
It is the inquisitive mind that seeks for greater knowledge and understanding and thereby gains a wealth of wisdom.
One would be wise to learn how to ask questions to get the information that they seek.
I would think it weighs heavily in favor of asking questions opposed to answering them.

Yes indeed ...
Because with many people, you wont get an answer if you do not phrase the question properly.
Depending upon person's attitude and mood, you need to rephrase your question.

Dear Salah, I understand you wanna know if it's more important to know how to make questions or how to answer questions.
Depends.
As usually.
You should specify the case.
In a job interview both skills are good.
What is the target of these skills? What you want to find in these skills? Anyway always remember: "One fool asking learns more than a hundred wise men answering".
Best regards.

Certainly. Good answers are only valuable if they answer good questions.

I think learning the skills of listening is more important than answering and asking questions ,

Both are as important. From both answering and asking you can acquire knowledge .I am always asking questions so for me its a welcome change to be answering .Always curious as to how you would answer your questions though and why do you ask some of the questions you do .Like what is your favourite colour and why.Are you a thinker as you appear to be or are we just overthinking your thinking.

Hai Salah, Both are VERY, VERY important! Whether, you are a CRM or Sales Executive, You need to ask the relevant and appropriate questions to understand the exact requirement, the mindset, financial capabilities, who is the decision-maker, urgency of requirement, etc with the customer.
Similarly, you should convincingly clarify all the questions that a customer ask.
For this purpose, you need to be thorough with all the details pertaining to the products / services that your company deals with.
The most important thing is be frank, if you don't know an answer just clarify the same with your up-line before answering your customer.

If there is no question, there is no answer. The way the question is phrased determines how the  answer is structured. Questions may start with why, what, where, when, and how and require answers accordingly. Other questions require a yes or no answer. This does not mean that questioning is as simple as that. The content and context of the question are important. Questioning skills are as important as answering skills. Both skill sets need to be aquired and honed. It takes inquisitiveness to learn. Bsides, questioning and answering take more than skills. They take knowledge, education, curiosity, passion, to say the least.
