فهم جميع حيثيات و جوانب المشكلة والاستماع لجميع من هم طرف في المشكلة هو جزء كبير من حل المشاكل وهذا أن كانت المشكلة بين أشخاص ، أما اذا كانت المشكلة تتعلق بأمور و أدوات ومعدات المؤسسة فالبحث الحقيقي أولا عن سبب هذه المشكلة والتعرف عليه هو ايضا جزء كبير من الحل ، كل مشكلة لها حل مهما كانت كبيرة ، المهم التعامل الجيد في الحل مع هذه المشكلة .

If a problem and solution both are unknown then follow Six Sigma approach to solve it If a problem is known and solution is n known then follow Lean approach If a problem is unknown and solution is known follow PEX (process excellence) If a problem and solution both are known then prioritize and solve it.
