Will knowledge of Arabic lead to the new career level in UAE?

I think only up to a certain level, you see in the Arab Gulf more and more foreign companies are making the big investments, so it's probably preferable to speak more than one foreign languages.

Thanks a lot for the start, Aicha! As I already mentioned I'm not a native English speaker.
I speak Russian, Ukrainian as both native, plus English and basic German.
But German is not really useful here in UAE, therefore i'm gonna learn Arabic.
